Speaking at a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday, February 26, 2026, Modi emphasized the shared stance on countering terrorism and its supporters. "India and Israel are completely clear that there is no place for terrorism in the world," he said. "Terrorism cannot be accepted in any form. We will continue to fight against terrorism and its supporters shoulder to shoulder." The remarks underscored the deepening strategic partnership between the two nations, which was elevated to a "special strategic partnership" during the visit.
Modi's comments came amid broader discussions on global security, peace in West Asia, and bilateral cooperation in defence, technology, trade, and other sectors.
