On the second day of his five-day Singapore tour, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is set to drive discussions on port-led growth, urban planning, and sports collaboration. The agenda includes high-level meetings with Singapore’s Minister for Trade and Industry Tan See Leng to explore cooperation in energy, science, technology, and industrial development.
Naidu will engage with Airbus and Honeywell representatives to discuss industrial technology partnerships, followed by a Business Round Table titled From Skills to Competencies, Accelerating Workforce Transformation, attended by students from top Singapore universities, including NUS, NTU, SMU, and SUTD. A meeting with EverVolt Chairman Simon Tan will focus on green energy and battery storage solutions.
A key highlight is Naidu’s visit to the Singapore Sports School to align Andhra Pradesh’s sports ecosystem with global standards in athlete development and infrastructure. Later, at Tuas Port, he will meet Port of Singapore Authority CEO Vincent to discuss smart logistics and export-focused industrial clusters.

Naidu will showcase Andhra Pradesh’s development vision at the Andhra–Singapore Business Forum, outlining strategies for urban and industrial growth. The day concludes with a strategic meeting with Adani Ports MD Karan Adani to explore port-led industrial initiatives.
The tour underscores Naidu’s push to position Andhra Pradesh as a hub for innovation, sustainable development, and global partnerships, leveraging Singapore’s expertise in urban planning, technology, and port management to drive economic transformation back home.
