JSW MG Motor India has launched its first premium MG Select Experience Centre in Delhi, inaugurated by Delhi Cabinet Minister Parvesh Verma. This luxury-focused dealership, designed to resemble a modern art gallery with minimalist white interiors and natural hues, exclusively showcases the MG Cyberster electric roadster and the MG M9 electric MPV, positioning them as “structural masterpieces” for discerning buyers.  

Anurag Mehrotra, Managing Director of JSW MG Motor India, stated, “Luxury consumption in India has grown exponentially in recent years. With MG Select, we aim to create a niche for luxury car buyers by redefining the car ownership journey.” Amit Garg, Dealer Principal of MG Select Delhi, added, “This centre transcends the traditional showroom experience, cultivating a community where every customer’s aspirations are realized.”  

The Cyberster, a two-door convertible with scissor doors, boasts a dual-motor setup delivering 510 PS and 725 Nm, achieving 0-100 kmph in 3.2 seconds with a 77 kWh battery offering a 443 km range. The M9, a seven-seater luxury MPV, features a 90 kWh battery with a 430 km range, powered by a 245 PS motor. It rivals the Toyota Vellfire and Kia Carnival with premium features like heated, ventilated, and massaging seats, dual sunroofs, and Level-2 ADAS.

Expected prices are ₹60-70 lakh for the Cyberster (with a Battery-as-a-Service option reducing costs to ~₹50 lakh) and ₹65-75 lakh for the M9 (ex-showroom). 

As part of its expansion, JSW MG plans to open 14 MG Select dealerships across 13 cities, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai, by September 2025. Pre-bookings for both models began in February, with deliveries expected from August.

This move marks MG’s bold entry into India’s luxury EV market, blending cutting-edge technology with exclusive customer experiences.
