Bengaluru-based realty firm Sanjeevini Group announced the launch of its luxury residential project, "The Adwaith," in Gunjur, Bengaluru East, with an expected revenue of Rs 1,200 crore. Spanning 8.3 acres, the project comprises 668 units with a total built-up area of approximately 17 lakh square feet. Developed under a joint development model with the landowner, the units are priced upwards of Rs 1.7 crore, reflecting the premium positioning of the project.

The project is slated for completion within 30 months, catering to the post-Covid surge in demand for residential properties driven by pent-up demand and a growing preference for homeownership.

With "The Adwaith" and other projects, the company has a robust pipeline exceeding 30 lakh square feet of upcoming developments, reinforcing its position in the city’s competitive real estate market.
