The Oppo Find X9s Pro has surfaced on China Telecom’s official database, revealing its full specifications, storage variants, and key hardware details ahead of its expected launch in China later this month. The listing confirms the device as a compact flagship with high-end performance, imaging upgrades, and a large battery packed into a relatively small form factor.
According to the listing, the smartphone will feature a 6.32-inch 1.5K OLED display with a resolution of 2640 × 1216 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will run on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top and include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. The device is also expected to offer a premium build with a metal frame and glass back design.
Under the hood, the Oppo Find X9s Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM. Storage options are extensive, ranging from 256GB to 1TB, with configurations including 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB variants, positioning it across mid-to-ultra flagship segments.
In the camera department, the device is expected to feature a triple rear setup comprising a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera, along with a 3.2MP multispectral sensor for improved color accuracy. A 32MP front camera is likely included for selfies and video calls.
Powering the device is a 7,025mAh battery, one of the largest in its class, supported by 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Despite its compact dimensions, the phone is designed to deliver flagship-grade endurance along with high-performance efficiency, making it a strong competitor in the premium segment.
