Indian men’s cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir is enjoying a well-earned vacation in Singapore with his family, following India’s historic ICC T20 World Cup 2026 triumph. Accompanied by his wife Natasha and daughters Aazeen and Anaiza, Gambhir was seen exploring the city and spending quality time with his family.
India clinched the T20 World Cup title with a dominant 96-run victory over New Zealand in the final at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday. The win made India the first team to secure three T20 World Cup titles and the first to successfully defend the trophy on home soil. Gambhir’s family was present in Ahmedabad to witness the milestone victory.
During his Singapore outing, Gambhir opted for a casual look and appeared relaxed, frequently smiling while interacting with his daughters. At one point, he was seen carrying his youngest daughter, Anaiza, on his shoulders as they walked through the city, creating memorable family moments amid the celebrations.

Gambhir, a key member of India’s title-winning team in the ICC T20 World Cup 2007, has now achieved the rare feat of winning the tournament both as a player and as a coach. This accomplishment places him alongside an elite group of Indian coaches, including Rahul Dravid and Lalchand Rajput, who have guided India to T20 World Cup glory.
Prior to his national coaching stint, Gambhir led the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to their IPL 2024 title. His success with KKR paved the way for his appointment as head coach of the Indian team, succeeding Rahul Dravid after the 2024 T20 World Cup. Under his guidance, India has maintained a strong winning momentum in limited-overs cricket.
Looking ahead, Gambhir and the Indian team are scheduled for a multi-format series against Afghanistan in June 2026, featuring a Test and three ODIs, followed by two T20Is in Ireland. India will then tour England for a five-match T20I series and a three-match ODI series, continuing preparations for the next global challenges.
