Dolci Café, the premium European-themed café chain, has opened its third outlet in Bengaluru, located on New BEL Road. This new establishment follows the success of its flagship store on Cunningham Road and the premium outlet on Lavelle Road. The inauguration was attended by the Colaco and Kumar families, along with Ms. Aarthi Krishnan, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality and community engagement.
Founded in 2008 by Shipra Kumar, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, Dolci Café has been elevating Bengaluru's dining scene by blending sophisticated European gastronomy with warm Indian hospitality. Under the leadership of CEO Balaji M, the brand plans to expand to 50 outlets across India.
The New BEL Road outlet features Dolci's signature Santorini-inspired design and open kitchen concept, offering guests an immersive dining experience. The menu includes handcrafted delicacies such as artisanal pastries, traditional European cuisine, and innovative beverages like the Popcorn Latte and Caramel Island Espresso. The café also provides milk alternatives including A2 Cow Milk, Soy Milk, and Almond Milk to cater to diverse dietary preferences.
