Bajaj Auto Ltd. is set to announce its fourth-quarter results for the financial year 2025–26 on May 6, the company said in an exchange filing. The board of directors will meet to approve both standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March. The shares closed marginally higher at ₹9,816 on the NSE, even as the benchmark Nifty 50 declined. The stock has risen nearly 9.77 per cent over the past five trading sessions and gained over 10 per cent in the last month, indicating strong investor confidence.
Over the longer term, Bajaj Auto’s shares have continued to perform well, rising around 10.7 per cent in six months and approximately 26.35 per cent over the past year. The company, known for iconic models like the Chetak and Pulsar, remains a key player in the global two- and three-wheeler market.
