The actor posted pictures on Instagram from Bombay Hospital, where he is receiving medical care. Sharat, who has appeared in around 250 films across several Indian film industries, has worked in a wide range of roles during his decades-long career.
The pictures showed Saxena undergoing the standing MRI procedure at the hospital. Despite the medical procedure, the actor appeared cheerful in the images as he posed for the camera. In the accompanying caption, he revealed that the scan was being conducted before his planned lumbar spine surgery.
