Actor Danish Pandor, known for his portrayal of Uzair Baloch in Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2, has shared details of his daily diet, fitness routine and wellness habits, emphasising consistency and moderation over extreme fitness regimens. In an interview with NDTV, the actor said maintaining good health does not require complicated routines, adding that a balanced diet, regular exercise and disciplined lifestyle choices help him stay fit despite a demanding work schedule.
Danish said his mornings begin with prayer and gratitude before following a structured wellness routine. He starts the day with turmeric water mixed with black pepper, followed by cumin water prepared with black pepper and consumed warm. He then eats a clove of garlic before drinking jeera water made by soaking cumin seeds overnight. For breakfast, he opts for a simple meal consisting of one slice of sourdough bread accompanied by two sunny-side-up eggs.
The actor follows a protein-rich eating pattern throughout the day and prefers consuming small meals every two hours instead of eating large portions. A couple of hours after breakfast, he drinks a protein shake prepared with walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, figs, dates and blueberries. Danish revealed that he is lactose intolerant and therefore uses whey protein isolate mixed with water instead of milk to prepare the shake.

Lunch remains uncomplicated and focuses on balanced nutrition. According to Danish, a typical meal includes one chapati, vegetables, salad, dal, rice and approximately 150 to 200 grams of chicken. In the evening, he usually eats two seasonal fruits before having a dinner similar to lunch, replacing chicken with fish on some occasions. He said he consciously limits junk food intake while reducing carbohydrates and increasing protein and fibre in his daily diet.
Although he maintains a disciplined eating routine, Danish admitted that he occasionally enjoys cheat meals. Asian cuisine is his preferred indulgence, with dishes such as noodles, rice-based meals, Chinese food and sushi among his favourites. He explained that allowing occasional treats helps him maintain a sustainable diet rather than following strict restrictions that may be difficult to continue over the long term.
On the fitness front, Danish said he believes regularity is more important than spending long hours in the gym. Instead of extended workout sessions, he exercises for around 40 minutes a day, focusing on maintaining consistency. According to the actor, a combination of mindful eating, adequate protein intake, moderate exercise and a positive start to the day has helped him build a practical and sustainable fitness routine that fits comfortably into his lifestyle.
