Speculation surrounding a possible wedding between singer Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce has resurfaced, with Rhode Island once again emerging as a focal point of fan theories. Despite renewed online buzz, there has been no official confirmation from either Taylor or Travis regarding wedding plans or a confirmed location, leaving the rumours firmly unverified.

The latest wave of attention began after comments involving Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse reignited public curiosity about whether the state could host the high-profile ceremony. Taylor’s long-standing connection to Rhode Island, particularly her well-known residence in Watch Hill, has continued to fuel speculation that the coastal state could play a symbolic role in the couple’s future plans.

However, the senator did not confirm any arrangements, and his remarks were interpreted more as a general expression of interest rather than evidence of an actual booking or event. While Rhode Island authorities and public figures have acknowledged the popularity of the rumour, there has been no indication from official sources that a wedding is scheduled in the state.

Earlier speculation had also pointed to the possibility of a ceremony at Ocean House, a luxury resort in Westerly. Those claims gained traction online, particularly due to a proposed date of June 13, which fans linked to Taylor’s well-known association with the number 13. However, those reports were later disputed, including clarification that no confirmed booking involved Taylor as the bride.

Wedding planner Tara Guérard reportedly addressed the circulating claims, stating that while she was organizing a June 13 event at Ocean House, it was not related to Swift and Travis. The resort was also said to have denied involvement in any celebrity wedding reservation, further weakening the credibility of the speculation.

As of now, additional rumours suggesting a possible July 4 weekend wedding near New York have also circulated online, but none have been substantiated. With both Travis and Travis maintaining silence on the matter, Rhode Island remains only one of several unconfirmed theories circulating around one of the most closely watched celebrity relationships in recent years.
