Sussanne Khan took to social media to remember her mother, Zarine Khan, who passed away on November 7 after battling age-related health issues. Marking 40 days since her mother’s death, Sussanne shared a touching video montage capturing cherished moments they shared, offering an intimate glimpse into their close bond.
Along with the video, Sussanne penned an emotional note expressing her grief and gratitude. She described her mother as her “Mummsy Angel” and wrote about the stillness she feels whenever she thinks of her mother’s face. She added that she feels blessed to have been chosen as Zarine Khan’s daughter and promised to remain connected to her in spirit every day.
In her message, Sussanne spoke about missing her mother constantly and finding strength in her memory. She ended the note by saying she hopes to “dance together in dreams” through life’s struggles, crediting her mother’s presence for giving her the courage to overcome challenges.

Zarine Khan was the wife of Veteran Actor and Filmmaker Sanjay Khan and was widely respected as a successful entrepreneur and interior designer. She also made a brief appearance on screen in the 1963 film Tere Ghar Ke Samne, starring Dev Anand, before choosing to focus on her family and professional ventures.
Zarine Khan married Sanjay Khan in 1966, and the couple had celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary earlier this year. She is survived by her husband, daughters Sussanne, Farah, and Simone Arora, and son Zayed Khan, leaving behind a legacy of creativity, elegance, and strong family values.
