In a candid interview, Bollywood icon Salman Khan shared the immense physical toll of preparing for his latest project, "Battle of Galwan," describing it as one of the most challenging roles of his career. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, known for "Shootout at Lokhandwala," the film dives into the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between India and China, demanding intense training and filming in extreme conditions.
“It’s physically exhausting,” Khan told PTI. “Every day, it gets tougher. I used to train in a week or two, but now I’m running, kicking, punching—it’s a lot. Shooting in Ladakh’s high altitude and cold water adds another layer of difficulty.” The 59-year-old star, who announced the film earlier this month, highlighted the contrast with his recent project "Sikandar," noting that "Battle of Galwan" requires a unique level of physical commitment.
Khan revealed that the shoot includes 20 days in Ladakh and several days in freezing water, with filming set to begin this month. While his films often dominate the Eid box office, Khan confirmed that "Battle of Galwan" is slated for a January release, breaking from tradition.

Beyond the war drama, Khan teased exciting news for fans, confirming a sequel to his beloved 2015 film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan," which celebrates its 10th anniversary today. “It’ll carry the same emotional core but will be a different story,” he shared, sparking anticipation for the follow-up.
Speaking at a press event for the Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL), where he serves as brand ambassador, Khan reflected on his passion for cycling and biking. “I’ve always loved riding, from cycles to motorbikes, though I don’t get much time now,” he said, while urging fans to avoid racing on public roads.
With "Battle of Galwan," Khan is pushing his limits in a role that promises to blend raw action with historical significance, setting the stage for a gripping cinematic experience.
