Ranveer Singh became the centre of attention at Anshula Kapoor and Rohan Thakkar's wedding reception after videos of the actor dancing to popular songs from Dhurandhar went viral on social media. The actor was seen enjoying the celebrations and getting guests on the dance floor as he performed to tracks from his blockbuster film.
One of the most widely shared moments from the reception showed Ranveer Singh dancing with Arjun Kapoor to Tune Maari Entriyaan from their 2014 film Gunday. The two actors recreated their familiar chemistry on the dance floor, while another clip showed them joining the DJ during a Dhurandhar track. Ranveer also performed to Tere Naal Nachda, drawing cheers from guests at the celebration.
Anshula Kapoor's wedding festivities with Rohan Thakkar began on June 21 with a Mata Ki Chowki hosted by the groom's family. Sanjay Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Sunita Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor were among the family members who attended the ceremony. The celebrations later included mehendi and chooda ceremonies before the reception.

Anshula Kapoor and Rohan Thakkar reportedly met through a dating app, and Rohan proposed to her at Central Park in New York City in July last year. The couple later held an engagement party in Mumbai in October, attended by close friends and members of the Kapoor family, including Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor.
Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, was released in India last December and became a major box-office success. The espionage thriller featured Ranveer in the lead alongside Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and Sara Arjun. The film follows an Indian spy infiltrating terror networks in Pakistan during a high-risk mission, while its sequel was released on March 19.
Ranveer Singh is now reportedly preparing for Pralay, a large-scale survival horror film said to be set in a zombie universe. Reports suggest the project is being mounted on a budget of nearly Rs 300 crore and will involve international technicians. The screenplay has reportedly been written by Jai Mehta and Vishal Kapoor, with Ranveer expected to undergo a major physical transformation and appear in a completely new look for the role.
