Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has joined the growing list of celebrities praising Ranveer Singh’s latest thriller, Dhurandhar, which crossed the Rs 100-crore mark within its first week. Taking to his Instagram Story, Hrithik shared a detailed review, lauding the film’s cinematic intensity and compelling storytelling.

“I love cinema, I love people who climb into a vortex and let the story take control,” Hrithik wrote, adding that Dhurandhar exemplifies that approach. He described the film as a “masterclass in storytelling,” emphasizing how it captivates audiences and delivers an immersive cinematic experience.

While praising the execution, Hrithik also noted that he does not fully align with the film’s political stance. “I may disagree with the politics of it, and argue about the responsibilities us filmmakers should bear as citizens of the world. Nevertheless, can’t ignore how I loved and learnt from this one as a student of cinema,” he wrote.

Akshay Kumar also expressed admiration for the film, sharing on X, “Watched Dhurandhar and I’m blown away. What a gripping tale. We need our stories to be told in a hard-hitting way, and I’m glad the audiences are giving it the love it deserves.” Such endorsements have amplified the film’s buzz as it heads into its second week.

Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, revolves around Hamza Ali Mazari, played by Ranveer Singh, who infiltrates the gang of Rehman Dakait with a hidden agenda. The film features an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi in pivotal roles.

The film, released on December 5, has quickly become one of the most talked-about thrillers of the year. With its gripping narrative and star-studded cast, the sequel is expected to expand the Dhurandhar universe and take Hamza’s mission to even greater heights.
