Yamaha Motor India has launched two official customization kits for the recently introduced XSR 155 neo-retro roadster, giving riders the option to tailor the bike to their aesthetic preferences. The Scrambler and Cafe Racer kits each come with a curated range of factory-approved accessories that significantly alter the bike’s appearance and ride character. The Scrambler kit offers rugged off-road styling, while the Cafe Racer kit delivers a sharp, sporty retro vibe.
The Scrambler kit, priced around Rs 24,850, includes key accessories like a rugged headlight cover (Rs 3,610), fly screen (Rs 3,290), bar-end mirrors (Rs 3,080), side number plates (Rs 4,320), and additional enhancements such as adjustable levers and seat covers. This package transforms the XSR 155 into an adventure-ready machine with a vintage flair.
The Cafe Racer kit, priced at approximately Rs 28,180, features a distinctive headlight cowl (Rs 8,980), a quilted double seat assembly with hump (Rs 6,640), side covers, and adjustable levers. This kit imbues the bike with a classic cafe-racer silhouette, lowering the stance and adding visual dynamics suited for enthusiasts seeking a sharper urban aesthetic.

Beyond the kits, Yamaha offers several standalone accessories like knee pads, radiator guards, license plate holders, and crash guards. The XSR 155 itself shares its platform with the Yamaha R15 V4 and MT-15 models and is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled SOHC engine delivering 18.4 PS and 14.2 Nm torque. Advanced features such as a traction control system, variable valve actuation, and an assist & slipper clutch make it a tech-forward choice in the neo-retro segment.
With prices starting at Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the customizable XSR 155 caters to riders who value style and individuality while enjoying modern performance. The official kits ensure seamless installation and maintain warranty coverage, allowing buyers to personalize their machine without compromise.
