Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, unveiled an exciting collaboration with the globally renowned anime series Naruto Shippuden at the Anime Japan festival in Delhi. The partnership introduces a special edition of the Suzuki Avenis scooter, featuring anime-style graphics and visual upgrades tailored to appeal to young riders and anime enthusiasts. This move taps into the growing popularity of anime among India’s youth, aligning the sporty Avenis with Naruto’s iconic “never-give-up” spirit.
The Naruto Shippuden-themed Avenis retains its 124.3 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with Suzuki Eco Performance technology, delivering 8.7 hp and 10 Nm of torque. It boasts a fully digital instrument panel, LED lighting, and practical features like a USB-charging front box, external fuel cap, and 21.8 litres of under-seat storage. Safety and performance are enhanced with telescopic suspension, a combined brake system, and 12-inch tyres, making it a stylish yet functional choice for urban commuters.
Available in three variants—Standard, Ride Connect, and Special Edition—the Avenis offers vibrant dual-tone colour options, including Metallic Matte Platinum Silver No. 2 / Glass Sparkle Black, Glossy Sparkle Black / Pearl Glacier White, Glossy Sparkle Black / Pearl Mira Red, and a unique black-and-silver Special Edition. The collaboration extends beyond the scooter, with Naruto Shippuden-themed merchandise and activations planned to engage fans.
