Classic Legends-owned Yezdi Motorcycles is preparing to launch an updated version of its Scrambler motorcycle in India, with the official unveiling expected tomorrow. The new model is anticipated to bring a series of updates aimed at strengthening its position in the competitive mid-size scrambler segment, where it faces rivals such as the Triumph Scrambler 400 X and Royal Enfield Scram 440.
While the company has not officially revealed full specifications, teasers released on social media suggest that the 2026 Yezdi Scrambler will feature design revisions along with possible mechanical improvements. The current Scrambler sits alongside the brand’s Roadster and Adventure models, with the latter two already receiving updates in 2025, making this the next product in line for an upgrade.
In terms of design, the upcoming Scrambler is expected to retain its overall rugged styling but introduce refreshed colour schemes and new graphics. Reports suggest that Yezdi may also refine the rider ergonomics, potentially offering a more upright seating position. Weight reduction is also being speculated, which could improve handling and make the motorcycle more agile in both urban and off-road conditions.

The biggest area of interest remains the engine. The current Yezdi Scrambler is powered by a 334 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing around 29 hp and 29 Nm of torque. While minor tuning updates are expected, there is also speculation that the company could introduce a more significant upgrade, possibly increasing engine capacity or refining performance delivery to better match newer rivals in the segment.
Feature upgrades are also likely to be part of the package, with the model expected to gain a more modern equipment list. These enhancements could include improved rider aids and updated technology features, helping it stay competitive in a segment that has seen rapid evolution in recent years. Pricing is expected to be revised in line with the updates, as the motorcycle moves closer to its refreshed rivals in terms of features and performance. The final specifications, design details, and pricing will be confirmed at the official launch event scheduled for tomorrow.
