Vivo’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Vivo X300 Ultra, has seen its expected price and key specifications leak online ahead of its official India launch scheduled for May 6. The device is positioned as a premium, camera-focused offering aimed at competing with top-tier flagship smartphones.
According to recent leaks, the Vivo X300 Ultra could be priced at around ₹1,59,999 in India, although its retail box reportedly carries a higher maximum retail price (MRP) of nearly ₹1,99,999. The final selling price is expected to be lower than the printed MRP, aligning it with other ultra-premium devices in the market.
In terms of specifications, the smartphone is tipped to feature a 6.82-inch high-resolution display and will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on a 3nm architecture. It is expected to come with at least 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, along with Android 16 out of the box.

One of the standout features of the Vivo X300 Ultra is its camera system, which reportedly includes a triple rear setup with dual 200-megapixel sensors and a 50-megapixel lens. The device is also expected to support Zeiss-branded telephoto enhancements, reinforcing its positioning as a photography-centric flagship.
The handset is likely to pack a large 6,600mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, along with advanced cooling systems for sustained performance. Reports suggest the phone could also receive extended software support, including multiple years of OS and security updates.
The India launch event, set for May 6 at 12 PM IST, will also see the debut of the Vivo X300 FE variant. With its premium pricing and high-end specifications, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to strengthen Vivo’s presence in the ultra-flagship segment, particularly among users seeking advanced mobile photography capabilities.
