Chinese smartphone maker iQOO is preparing to launch its next flagship handset, the iQOO 15 Ultra, in China early next month. While the company has yet to announce an exact launch date, new performance benchmarks and leaked hardware details have begun to surface, offering insight into what could be one of iQOO’s most powerful smartphones to date.
According to a post shared on Weibo by iQOO Product Manager Galant V, the upcoming iQOO 15 Ultra has achieved a score of over 4.5 million points on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform. The screenshot shows an overall score of 4,518,403 points, with 1,322,001 points in CPU performance and 1,594,848 points in GPU performance. The executive clarified that these figures are based on internal testing and may not represent final retail performance.
The unusually high benchmark score suggests that the iQOO 15 Ultra will focus heavily on performance, particularly for gaming and intensive multitasking. While the chipset powering the device has not been officially confirmed, the benchmark results indicate a top-tier processor paired with advanced graphics capabilities.

Adding to the excitement, tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked details about the phone’s internal layout, claiming that the iQOO 15 Ultra will feature an active cooling system. The smartphone is also expected to house a massive 7,000mAh battery, making it suitable for heavy users. Reports suggest that the device could support up to 200W wired fast charging, potentially allowing extremely quick top-ups despite the large battery capacity.
In terms of configurations, the iQOO 15 Ultra is tipped to launch with 16GB RAM with 512GB storage and a high-end 24GB RAM with 1TB storage variant in China. The handset is also expected to feature multiple audio and visual controls tailored for gaming enthusiasts.
