In confirmed replacements, Nathan Ellis of Chennai Super Kings has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury, with Spencer Johnson named as his replacement. Rajasthan Royals have lost Sam Curran to a groin injury, bringing in Dasun Shanaka as cover. Sunrisers Hyderabad’s Jack Edwards has been sidelined with a foot injury and replaced by David Payne.
