Cricket Superstar Virat Kohli and Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma have added another opulent property to their growing real estate portfolio. The couple recently purchased a 5-acre land parcel in Zirad village near Awas Beach, Alibaug, for Rs 37.86 crore, according to property registration records accessed by CRE Matrix. They paid an additional Rs 2.27 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees to complete the acquisition.
This marks their second land purchase in the Alibaug region over the past four years, consolidating the area as one of their preferred weekend getaways. The first plot spans 14,740 square metres, while the latest measures 6,270 square metres, bringing their total holdings in Alibaug to over 21,000 square metres (2.1 hectares).
Kohli and Sharma’s luxury portfolio already includes a Worli apartment in Mumbai, a Gurugram bungalow, and a villa in Alibaug, reflecting their penchant for high-end properties across major Indian cities. This latest acquisition further solidifies their status as one of the country’s most affluent celebrity couples.
