Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the inaugural Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave, a landmark event poised to become India’s flagship platform for scientific advancement, from November 3-5 at Bharat Mandapam. Designed to eclipse the century-old Indian Science Congress, this annual conclave will bring together Nobel laureates, global experts, policymakers, and young innovators to showcase cutting-edge research and foster transformative discussions in science and technology.
The three-day event will feature 11 thematic sessions covering critical fields such as quantum science, artificial intelligence, space technologies, advanced materials, digital communications, bio-manufacturing, emerging agricultural technologies, electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, energy, environment, climate, blue economy, and health and medical technologies. Each day will include two plenary addresses by Nobel laureates or globally eminent figures, offering insights into the future of these domains.
Prime Minister Modi will not only open the conclave but also engage in a high-profile roundtable with Nobel laureates, young CEOs of deep-tech startups, and emerging science leaders. Additionally, he will launch an exhibition spotlighting India’s most promising deep-tech startups, highlighting the nation’s growing prowess in innovation.
