More than 30,000 members of the Indian diaspora gathered at Melbourne’s iconic Marvel Stadium for the “Melbourne Meets Modi” event, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address the community. The massive turnout marked one of the largest gatherings for a visiting world leader in Australia and reflected the strong enthusiasm among Indian-origin communities in the country.
