Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan sharply criticized those supporting Pakistan, urging them to leave India if they “love” the neighboring country.
Speaking at a Jana Sena Party event in Mangalagiri to honor victims of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, which killed 26 people, including Andhra native Madhusudhan Rao, Kalyan condemned “pseudo-secularists” for denying that terrorists targeted victims based on religion. “If you have so much love for Pakistan, please go there,” he declared, emphasizing Kashmir’s integral role in India.
Kalyan, addressing the attack attributed to Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba’s offshoot, announced ₹50 lakh assistance from Jana Sena for Rao’s family, highlighting the victim’s innocent visit to Kashmir with his wife. He urged Indians to unite against terrorism, warning that unsafe borders threaten the entire nation.

“Hindus have only one country. If they can’t live here, where will they go?” he asked, noting the courage required to speak truthfully on such issues despite ridicule for addressing national concerns.
The actor-politician called for vigilance against communal discord and preparedness for potential conflict, framing India’s “Satyameva Jayate” ethos as transcending religion.
The attack, which sparked nationwide outrage and led to India suspending the Indus Waters Treaty, has intensified scrutiny of Pakistan’s role in cross-border terrorism. Kalyan’s remarks reflect growing demands for a unified national stance, as Jammu and Kashmir reels from the attack, bracing for what lies ahead.
