External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar held bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Mauritius and Bhutan on the sidelines of the Raisina Dialogue 2026 in New Delhi on Friday. During his meeting with Bhutanese Foreign Minister Lyonpo DN Dhungyel, Jaishankar reaffirmed India’s commitment to deepening the partnership between the two nations. He said he was delighted to meet the Bhutanese Minister and emphasized strengthening the unique partnership between the countries.
In talks with Mauritius Foreign Minister Dhananjay Ritish Ramful, Jaishankar highlighted India’s intent to further enhance the strategic partnership between the two nations. He described the meeting as productive and underlined the importance of close cooperation.

On the sidelines of the conference, Jaishankar interacted with French Minister Delegate for Europe Benjamin Haddad, Germany’s State Secretary Niels Annen, Tanzania’s Deputy Foreign Minister Ng’waru Jumanne Maghembe, and international think-tank leaders Robert Vass and Mark Leonard.
The 11th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, brings together global leaders, policymakers, academics, and journalists to discuss key international issues and promote strategic cooperation.
