Bhavna, a resident of Najafgarh, was recording the video near her home when she lost her footing and plunged into the gutter. According to her account, the situation quickly became dangerous as she found herself neck-deep in water and unable to get out on her own.

A video later shared by the Delhi Police captured the rescue operation, showing an officer lowering a rope into the drain and carefully pulling Bhavna to safety.
