Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu extended warm greetings to leaders and workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on its 47th foundation day on Monday, praising the party’s commitment to nationalism, cultural values, and national development.
In a message shared on social media platform X, CM Naidu, who also serves as national president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), highlighted the BJP’s consistent efforts to strengthen India’s democratic institutions and promote inclusive development. “Rooted in nationalism and committed to the nation’s all-round development, the party has consistently worked towards strengthening our culture and democratic values, promoting inclusive development, and upholding the spirit of service to the nation,” he stated.
The Chief Minister further acknowledged the BJP’s leadership from its founding members to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and under the current leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, describing the party as instrumental in strengthening the nation through decisive governance and progress-oriented policies.

Naidu also emphasized the achievements of the “double-engine” NDA government in Andhra Pradesh, which he said continues to deliver for the people while setting a benchmark for cooperative federalism. He extended his wishes for the party’s continued success under its president Nitin Nabin in advancing national development and the vision of a Viksit Bharat.
State minister for human resources development and information technology, Nara Lokesh, who is also the TDP’s national general secretary, echoed similar sentiments. He praised the BJP’s role in nation-building and governance, highlighting the party’s support for Andhra Pradesh’s key initiatives, including the development of Amaravati, and reaffirmed their joint commitment to building a prosperous state and nation.
The foundation day greetings from TDP leadership underscored the continued partnership with the BJP-led NDA at the Centre and reflected mutual acknowledgment of efforts towards governance, development, and national progress.
