Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath received widespread birthday greetings from senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders on Friday, with messages highlighting his leadership role and the state’s ongoing development trajectory. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, several chief ministers, and other party leaders extended their wishes, praising his governance and contribution to Uttar Pradesh’s transformation.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah conveyed his greetings through social media platform X, stating that Uttar Pradesh, under the “double-engine” government, is setting new benchmarks in governance and public welfare under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He also wished Yogi Adityanath good health and a long life, expressing hope for continued progress in the state.
Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary also extended his wishes, praying for the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s good health and long life. He noted that under Yogi Adityanath’s leadership, Uttar Pradesh has been progressing steadily in the areas of development, governance, and public welfare, reflecting what he described as a sustained focus on administrative efficiency and growth.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma joined in conveying birthday greetings, expressing confidence that Uttar Pradesh would continue to achieve new milestones under Yogi Adityanath’s leadership. He prayed for the Chief Minister’s well-being and success, highlighting the ongoing development initiatives and governance reforms in the state.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also extended her wishes, describing Yogi Adityanath as a leader with strong commitment to public welfare and national priorities. She praised his leadership style and said Uttar Pradesh has been setting new benchmarks in inclusive development and governance under his guidance. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also wished him good health and a long life.
Yogi Adityanath, born on June 5, 1972, in Panchur village of Pauri Garhwal district in present-day Uttarakhand, has had a long public and spiritual journey. He became associated with the Nath sect at a young age and later became a disciple of Mahant Avaidyanath. He eventually succeeded him as the head priest of the Gorakhnath Math and later entered active politics, rising to become one of the prominent leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh.
