Prime Minister Narendra Modi unleashed a scathing attack on the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) at a Sitamarhi rally today, accusing the Tejashwi Yadav-led party of glorifying extortion and violence while poisoning Bihar’s youth. “RJD wants children to become rangdars (extortionists), not doctors,” Modi thundered, citing a viral Samastipur incident where a minor at an RJD rally boasted of wielding country-made guns (kattas) under their rule. He contrasted this with NDA’s vision of startups and laptops, vowing to bury “jungle raj” for good.
Modi zeroed in on RJD’s campaign songs and slogans, claiming they indoctrinate kids with “katta, krurta (cruelty), katuta (resentment), kushasan (misgovernance), and corruption.” “They want their own children to be ministers, but yours to carry kattas and dunalis,” he charged, drawing roars of “Nahi chahiye katta sarkar, fir ek baar NDA sarkar!” The crowd echoed his call for a developed Bihar free from fear and lawlessness.
The PM hailed the record 64.66% turnout in Phase 1 as a “65-volt shock” to jungle raj forces, interpreting it as a youth mandate for NDA’s progress. “Bihar’s children must dream of startups, not ‘hands up’ leaders,” Modi declared, touting Nitish Kumar’s governance for restoring investor confidence. He promised “Modi ki guarantee” for jobs, infrastructure, and a crime-free state.

With Phase 2 voting on November 11 across 122 seats and counting on November 14, Modi framed the election as a choice between NDA’s development and RJD’s destruction. “This is about your children’s future—books and computers, or guns and goons,” he said, urging voters to bury jungle raj forever.
As Bihar stands at a crossroads, Modi’s fiery rhetoric has set the tone for a polarized finale. The battle isn’t just for seats—it’s for the soul of a state ready to dream big, not fear the dark.
