Vishal Chaturvedi’s devotional drama Hanuman Ansh, based on the life and legacy of spiritual leader Neem Karoli Baba, is set to reach Telugu-speaking audiences after achieving strong box-office success in its original release. The film, which initially received limited attention when it opened in theatres last month, gained momentum through positive word of mouth and has now crossed the Rs 200 crore mark in India.
The film’s growing popularity has turned it into one of the notable successes of the year, particularly for a devotional production that did not begin with extensive publicity or major pre-release attention. Its audience response strengthened in the days following its theatrical release, helping the film build a wider reputation and attract viewers interested in its spiritual subject and storytelling.
The Telugu version of Hanuman Ansh will be presented by filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas. The dubbed release is scheduled to arrive in theatres across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on September 18, giving the film an opportunity to connect with audiences in another major South Indian-language market.

The release announcement was officially made by Fortune Four Cinemas, the production company associated with Trivikram Srinivas’ wife. The company shared the news on X, promoting the Telugu version as an opportunity for audiences to experience the devotional story centred on Neem Karoli Baba and the spiritual themes explored in the film.
The Telugu release follows the film’s reported theatrical success in India, where it has already crossed Rs 200 crore. The achievement has increased attention around its expansion into other languages, with the Telugu version expected to introduce the film to viewers who may not have watched the original-language release.
With Trivikram Srinivas backing the Telugu presentation and the film carrying the momentum of its Hindi theatrical performance, Hanuman Ansh is now preparing for its September 18 release in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The dubbed version will test whether the devotional drama can reproduce its strong audience response in a new regional market.
