Mahindra has officially commenced deliveries of its newly launched seven-seater SUV, the XUV 7XO, across India, marking the next phase of the model’s rollout in the domestic market. The SUV, positioned as a technology-focused offering in the competitive mid-size SUV segment, was recently opened for bookings at an introductory starting price of ₹13.6 lakh (ex-showroom).
According to the company, initial deliveries of the Mahindra XUV 7XO will be limited to the higher-end variants, including the AX7, AX7T, and AX7L trims. Mahindra has indicated that this phased delivery approach is aimed at managing demand while prioritizing customers who opted for feature-rich configurations. Lower variants such as AX, AX3, and AX5 will be delivered in subsequent phases.
The XUV 7XO is designed to appeal to tech-savvy consumers and families seeking a spacious three-row SUV with modern features. It comes equipped with advanced infotainment and connectivity options, multiple driver-assistance features, and a premium cabin layout. The model is expected to compete with established players in the segment by offering a balance of performance, comfort, and technology.
