NTA Set to Release Re-NEET Result 2026 With State Toppers List
NTA begins evaluating Re-NEET answer sheets, result declaration awaited soon
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce the results of the NEET Undergraduate (Re-NEET) 2026 examination soon. The agency has stated that the results will be declared at the earliest possible date after the completion of the answer sheet evaluation process. Candidates who appeared for the re-examination are eagerly awaiting their scorecards, which will be made available on the official NTA portal once the results are released.
According to official information cited by ANI, the NTA has already begun evaluating the answer sheets of the re-NEET examination. Earlier, the provisional answer key was released on June 25, and candidates were allowed to raise objections until June 28. The agency is currently reviewing the objections before preparing the final answer key, which will form the basis for the declaration of results and individual scorecards.
Along with the scorecards, the NTA is expected to publish the list of the top 100 rank holders and state-wise toppers, following the pattern adopted in previous years. The merit list will include details such as candidates' All India Rank (AIR), percentile scores and state rankings. These rankings play a crucial role during the counselling process for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses across the country.

Candidates will be able to access their results by logging in to the official NTA website using their application number, date of birth and security credentials. The scorecard will contain important details, including subject-wise marks, total score, percentile, qualifying status and All India Rank. Candidates are advised to carefully verify all information on their scorecards after downloading them.
Following the declaration of results, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and respective state counselling authorities are expected to begin the admission process for MBBS, BDS and other undergraduate medical courses. Aspirants are advised to regularly check the official NTA and counselling websites for updates regarding result announcements, counselling schedules and admission procedures.
