Kriti Sanon Family Sells Four Andheri Apartments In ₹8.9 Crore Deal

Actor Kriti Sanon along with her sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon have sold four apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri area for a combined ₹8.9 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate consultancy Square Yards. The transactions have drawn attention due to the significant appreciation in value over the years.
The buyer of all four apartments is filmmaker and casting director Mukesh Chhabra. The sale was executed through four separate transactions, officially registered on April 24, 2026, as per the documents cited in the report.
Two of the larger apartments, located in the Raheja Classique complex in Andheri West, were sold for ₹3.23 crore each. Each unit has a built-up area of 654.23 square feet and comes with one dedicated car parking space. These transactions attracted stamp duty of ₹19.41 lakh each, along with registration charges of ₹30,000 per unit.

The remaining two apartments in the same residential complex were sold for ₹1.21 crore each. These smaller units have a built-up area of 246.06 square feet and also included registration charges of ₹30,000 per unit, along with stamp duty of ₹7.29 lakh each, according to the property records.
The Sanon family had originally purchased the four apartments between 2013 and 2017 for approximately ₹4.31 crore in total. With the latest sale valued at ₹8.9 crore, the family has reportedly earned a capital gain of nearly 107%, reflecting a significant appreciation in Mumbai’s real estate market over the holding period of up to 13 years.
On the professional front, Kriti Sanon is next expected to appear in Homi Adajania’s upcoming film “Cocktail 2,” a follow-up to the 2012 romantic drama “Cocktail,” which will also feature Rashmika Mandanna and Shahid Kapoor in leading roles.
