The Vivo X300 Ultra debuts the world's first dual 200MP Zeiss cameras with a massive 7000mAh battery capacity.

Vivo has expanded its flagship lineup with the launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra and X300s in China, introducing cutting-edge camera technology and high-end specifications. The X300 Ultra, in particular, has grabbed global attention by becoming the world’s first smartphone to feature dual 200MP cameras, setting a new benchmark in mobile photography. The device is also expected to mark Vivo’s push into wider global markets, with reports suggesting a possible India launch around May 2026.

The highlight of the X300 Ultra is its advanced camera system, developed in collaboration with Zeiss. It features a 200MP primary sensor paired with a 200MP periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultra-wide camera, delivering consistent image quality across focal lengths. Vivo is also introducing optional teleconverter accessories, enabling extended zoom capabilities of up to 400mm with 17.4x output. The smartphone is expected to compete directly with premium rivals like the OPPO Find X9 Ultra, which is also rumoured to feature similar high-resolution camera hardware.

Beyond its camera prowess, the X300 Ultra comes equipped with top-tier hardware aimed at delivering flagship-level performance. It is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, ensuring smooth multitasking and high-speed processing. The device features a large 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering fluid visuals and enhanced viewing experiences for gaming and media consumption.

It supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging, ensuring quick power-ups and long-lasting usage. The device is available with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage, catering to power users who demand high performance and ample space.

In terms of design, the X300 Ultra maintains a premium, camera-centric look with a flat-edged frame and is offered in three finishes — Film Green, Silver Tone, and Black. Vivo is also providing optional camera accessory bundles, which may increase the overall cost for users seeking enhanced photography features.

Pricing for the Vivo X300 Ultra starts at approximately CNY 6,999 (around ₹95,900) and goes up to CNY 8,999 (around ₹1.23 lakh), placing it firmly in the ultra-premium segment alongside competitors like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. With its combination of breakthrough camera technology, powerful hardware, and premium design, the device is positioned as a strong contender in the flagship smartphone market.
