Samsung Galaxy F36 5G Hits India Today: Affordable 5G with Premium Features

Samsung’s latest F-series smartphone launches with a sleek design, AI-powered camera, and sub-₹20,000 price tag.

Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy F36 5G in India today, July 19, 2025, at 12 PM IST, bringing an affordable yet feature-packed 5G smartphone to the market. As the successor to the Galaxy F34 5G, this new F-series device promises a blend of modern design, advanced AI capabilities, and solid performance, targeting budget-conscious consumers seeking premium features.

Price and Availability

The Galaxy F36 5G is expected to be priced under ₹20,000, with estimates suggesting a starting price around ₹18,000–₹19,990, aligning closely with its predecessor, the Galaxy F34 5G, which launched at ₹18,999. The smartphone will be available for purchase through Flipkart, Samsung India’s online store, and other retail partners shortly after its debut. It will come in three color options: red, purple, and a likely third shade such as silver or black, featuring a premium vegan leather finish on the back.

Market Positioning

Marketed as a “Flex Hi-FAI” smartphone, the Galaxy F36 5G emphasizes AI-driven enhancements, particularly in photography and system optimization, positioning it as a strong contender in India’s competitive sub-₹20,000 5G market. Its similarities to the recently launched Galaxy M36 5G suggest a shared core experience, but the F36 stands out with its vegan leather finish and exclusive availability via Flipkart.

The launch event may be livestreamed on Samsung India’s YouTube channel or social media platforms, with more details expected to emerge during the unveiling. With its combination of a vibrant AMOLED display, robust camera system, and long-term software support, the Galaxy F36 5G is poised to attract tech enthusiasts and budget buyers alike.
