Realme Names Vicky Kaushal as Smartphone Brand Ambassador for 2025

Smartphone maker Realme has tapped Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal as its new brand ambassador for smartphones, the company announced Tuesday. Kaushal, known for his versatile roles and massive Gen Z and millennial following, will lead the “Live for Real” campaign to promote the upcoming Realme 15 Series, set to launch on July 24, 2025.
“This partnership with Vicky Kaushal strengthens our connection with young, socially active consumers,” said Francis Wong, Chief Marketing Officer, Realme India. “His confidence and relatability align perfectly with our ‘Make it Real’ philosophy.”
The Realme 15 Series, including the Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G, targets tech-savvy youth with cutting-edge performance and design. Realme, holding an 11% market share in Q1 2025 per Counterpoint Research, ranks among India’s top five smartphone brands by volume. Kaushal’s star power is expected to boost the brand’s appeal ahead of the festive season.
