OPPO K13 Turbo 5G Launches with India’s First Built-In Cooling Fan

OPPO India launched the OPPO K13 Turbo 5G, touted as India’s first smartphone with an integrated cooling fan, now available on Flipkart, the OPPO India E-store, and mainline retail stores. Priced at ₹27,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant and ₹29,999 for the 8GB+256GB model, the device offers a ₹3,000 discount with select bank offers or exchange bonuses and a nine-month no-cost EMI option on the first sale day, reducing effective prices to ₹24,999 and ₹26,999, respectively.

The K13 Turbo 5G is engineered for gamers and power users, featuring OPPO’s Storm Engine cooling system, which delivers 220% more airflow and 20% better cooling efficiency than conventional fans. Developed over four years, this system includes a micro centrifugal fan with 0.1mm blades spinning at 18,000 RPM, a 7,000mm² vapor chamber, and 19,000mm² graphite layer, reducing temperatures by 2–4°C during intense gaming sessions like BGMI.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor, the device boasts a 41% faster multi-core performance and 40% lower power consumption than its predecessor, paired with the ARM G720 MC7 GPU for vivid visuals and stable frame rates. Its 7,000mAh battery supports 80W SUPERVOOC™ Flash Charge, achieving a full charge in 54 minutes, with bypass charging to minimize heat during gameplay. The phone’s 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display offers a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,600-nit peak brightness, and responsive touch control, enhanced by Crystal Shield glass and IPX6/8/9 water resistance.
