Oppo Find X9 Pro Redefines Power: 7,500mAh Battery, 200MP Camera, Android 16 Announced

Oppo unveils Find X9 Pro with 7,500mAh battery, 200MP camera, and MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip.

Oppo officially launched the Find X9 Pro and Find X9 flagships globally at a hardware event in Barcelona on October 28, 2025, following their China debut on October 16, with an imminent India rollout expected in the coming weeks. Both devices are powered by the cutting-edge 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, running ColorOS 16 on Android 16 with five years of OS upgrades and six years of security patches. The Pro model starts at EUR 1,299 (approx. Rs. 134,000) for its sole 16GB + 512GB variant in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal, while the standard Find X9 is priced at EUR 999 (approx. Rs. 103,000) for 12GB + 512GB in Space Black, Titanium Grey, and Velvet Red—available via Oppo's online store worldwide.

The Find X9 Pro boasts a premium 6.78-inch 1,272x2,772 AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh, 3,600 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2, earning TUV Rheinland Eye Care 5.0 certification alongside IP66/68/69 dust/water resistance and SGS drop protection. Its Hasselblad-tuned triple camera shines with a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main (f/1.5, OIS), a 50MP Samsung ultrawide (f/2.0), and a standout 200MP telephoto (f/2.1, OIS) for exceptional zoom, complemented by a 50MP front shooter. A massive 7,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery supports 80 W wired, 50 W wireless, and 10 W reverse charging, cooled by a 36,344 sq mm vapour chamber, with Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, and ultrasonic fingerprint.

The vanilla Find X9 mirrors much of the Pro's prowess in a more compact 6.59-inch 1,256x2,760 AMOLED panel (120 Hz fixed, 460 ppi), the same Dimensity 9500, IP ratings, and connectivity, but with a 7,025 mAh battery and slightly smaller 32,052 sq. mm cooling area. Its camera array includes a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main (f/1.6, OIS), a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 telephoto (f/2.6, OIS), paired with a 32MP IMX615 selfie cam—delivering versatile photography without the Pro's 200MP telephoto punch. Both handsets feature X-axis haptics and four-mic arrays for immersive audio.

Positioned as battery life and imaging powerhouses, the Find X9 series challenges rivals like Samsung's Galaxy S25 and Vivo's X200 with silicon-carbon tech enabling slimmer designs and rapid charging, while Hasselblad tuning ensures pro-grade colours and portraits. Early impressions praise the Pro's ergonomic build (161.26x76.46x8.25 mm, 224 g) and AI enhancements, though global pricing may test premium perceptions. As Oppo eyes India—where flagships often debut competitively—the duo promises to elevate 2025's Android elite with endurance and optics at its core.
