Nothing Phone 4b Design Officially Revealed With Blue Colourway and Signature Glyph Bar

Nothing has officially revealed the design of its upcoming Phone 4b ahead of launch, confirming a new blue colour option and introducing a compact horizontal Glyph Bar. The smartphone will join the Phone 4 lineup as a more affordable offering below the flagship models while retaining the company's signature transparent design language and several premium design elements.

The Phone 4b features a transparent rear panel that showcases internal components beneath the surface, along with visible screws and industrial-style accents. Official renders also reveal a textured central panel, flat frame, and curved rear edges. Unlike previous Nothing phones with a segmented Glyph Interface, the new model replaces it with a compact horizontal Glyph Bar positioned near the dual-camera module, which will provide charging indicators, notifications and app-specific lighting effects.

Nothing said the Phone 4b adopts the refined unibody construction first introduced with the Phone 4a Pro. The company also claims the handset offers improved structural strength and a soft-touch finish designed to provide a more comfortable grip during extended use. According to Nothing, the focus has been on combining bold aesthetics with better everyday durability and practicality.

The smartphone was recently spotted on Geekbench carrying the model number A024, indicating it could be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The benchmark listing also suggested the Phone 4b will ship with Android 16-based Nothing OS 4 out of the box, bringing the latest version of the company's custom software.

While Nothing has confirmed the design and positioning of the Phone 4b in its smartphone portfolio, the company has yet to announce its launch date, pricing or complete specifications. More official details are expected to be revealed in the coming days as the launch approaches.
