Launched amid fanfare in Patna, the event saw Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary, BJP chief JP Nadda, and alliance heavyweights like Chirag Paswan and Jitan Ram Manjhi rally behind the vision. The blueprint isn't just talk—it's a bold blueprint to transform Bihar into an economic powerhouse with massive investments and inclusive growth.
At its core, the manifesto targets the Extremely Backward Classes (EBCs) with a staggering ₹10 lakh financial aid package per member, alongside a dedicated commission led by a sitting Supreme Court judge to tackle their long-standing issues. Women entrepreneurs are set for a revolution too, with specialized funding and training to mint "millionaire women" across the state. To fuel industrial boom, the NDA pledges to lure ₹50 lakh crore in investments, backed by ten new industrial parks and a cutting-edge world-class medicity.
Infrastructure gets a turbo boost with plans for seven new expressways crisscrossing Bihar and metro rail expansion to four more cities beyond Patna. Education will be free from KG to PG, plus a ₹2,000 one-time grant for SC students in higher studies. Medical colleges in every district aim to make healthcare accessible, while doubling agricultural exports under the "Made in Bihar" banner will empower farmers and spur agri-industries.
