The victims were identified as Kenchamma Balekayi (35), Amruta Kotyal (25), and Ramesh Ballari (45), all residents of Kabbar village in Haveri district. The family was travelling to Mantralayam in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh on a pilgrimage when the accident occurred, abruptly ending their journey.
