Raushan Sir Claims Brother's Death Was Orchestrated by Khan Sir; Seeks Inquiry
Raushan Sir alleges Khan Sir conspired in his brother Prince's death; demands police probe.
The long-running rivalry between two of Bihar’s most prominent coaching educators has taken a dramatic turn, with Raushan Anand, popularly known as Raushan Sir, accusing educator Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir, of conspiring in the death of his brother Prince. The allegations surfaced shortly after Raushan Sir was released on bail in connection with a vandalism case linked to Khan Sir’s coaching institute, intensifying an already contentious dispute between the two camps.
Both Raushan Sir and his brother Prince had been named as accused in a case involving vandalism at Khan Sir’s coaching centre in Patna. While Raushan Sir was arrested in connection with the case, Prince reportedly travelled to Nepal, where he later died under circumstances that are now drawing public and political attention. The exact cause of death remains under investigation, and authorities are yet to release a final report.
Speaking to reporters after securing bail, Raushan Sir alleged that his brother had been murdered as part of a conspiracy involving Khan Sir and another individual associated with the coaching campus. He claimed that no harm came to Prince while he was free, but alleged that events took a different turn after he was sent to jail. Raushan Sir also claimed there had been attempts to pressure him into reaching a compromise while in custody.

The educator further questioned the handling of the vandalism case and alleged that he had been unfairly targeted. He maintained that Khan Sir had not cooperated adequately with investigators and asserted that he would continue seeking answers regarding both the vandalism case and his brother’s death. Raushan Sir also challenged earlier accounts surrounding an alleged firing incident connected to the dispute.
Khan Sir has not directly responded to the latest allegations. However, he expressed condolences over Prince’s death and called for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. In a public statement, he urged authorities to identify and punish those responsible, suggesting that all possible angles should be examined. Political leaders, including Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, have also called for an impartial inquiry before conclusions are drawn.
The case has reignited attention on the bitter rivalry between Raushan Sir’s Gyan Bindu GS Academy and Khan Global Studies. The dispute has previously involved allegations of attacks, vandalism, and legal complaints from both sides. Observers note that the conflict is rooted in competition within Patna’s coaching industry, particularly over operations linked to the Kisan Cold Storage campus in Musallahpur, where both educators have maintained a significant presence.
