A small board inside the vehicle read, “WELCOME – FREE for our customer,” reflecting the driver’s genuine intention to serve. Artificial flowers and neatly arranged books added warmth to the modest space. The thoughtful arrangement created a comfortable and considerate environment for passengers.
Patel identified the driver as Madesh K, a Rapido auto captain, and emphasised that he did not draw attention to his efforts.
