PM Modi’s YouTube Channel Hits 30 Million Subscribers, Leading World Leaders

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached a major milestone in his digital outreach, with his official YouTube channel surpassing 30 million subscribers, making it the most followed channel among world leaders. This achievement underscores his position as a dominant global figure in digital communication.

The Prime Minister’s subscriber count significantly outpaces that of other international leaders. Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro ranks second, with a following roughly one-fourth the size of PM Modi’s, while US President Donald Trump has a YouTube audience more than seven times smaller.

Within India, the disparity is even more pronounced. PM Modi’s channel has approximately three times more subscribers than Rahul Gandhi and over four times the combined following of the Aam Aadmi Party and the Indian National Congress on the platform.

Beyond YouTube, PM Modi has also emerged as the most followed politician on Instagram globally. Analysts note that his multi-platform dominance reflects a sophisticated strategy to engage diverse audiences across video, photo, and interactive content.

Since joining platforms like YouTube and Instagram, the Prime Minister’s accounts have grown into some of the most engaging spaces for political communication worldwide. His YouTube channel alone hosts over 33,000 videos, covering government initiatives, public addresses, and citizen engagement efforts.

The milestone highlights PM Modi’s broader digital influence, setting a global benchmark for political leaders in the 21st century and demonstrating the power of social media as a tool for connecting with citizens and shaping public discourse.
