In a statement after the meeting, CM Gupta emphasized the government’s commitment to promoting Delhi’s growth and addressing the aspirations of its residents.

The session, scheduled to run from March 23 to March 25, will also feature the presentation of the Economic Survey report on the first day. Officials highlighted that the session will serve as a platform for deliberations on key policy initiatives, budgetary allocations, and legislative proposals aimed at advancing Delhi’s socio-economic agenda.
In a notable development ahead of the session, Speaker Vijender Gupta launched ‘Vidhan Sathi,’ India’s first AI-enabled legislative assistance chatbot designed to support Members of the Legislative Assembly. Speaking at the launch, Gupta said the tool is intended to help legislators navigate complex laws and policy matters efficiently, ensuring discussions in the House are informed, thoughtful, and productive.
‘Vidhan Sathi’ will be operational from the start of the Budget Session, providing real-time assistance, research support, and contextual information to legislators. The initiative reflects Delhi Assembly’s push towards integrating technology into legislative processes, enhancing both transparency and effectiveness in governance.
