Israeli Strikes Kill 64 in Gaza! Trump’s Middle East Tour Ends Without Ceasefire Hope

Israeli airstrikes across Gaza killed at least 64 people overnight into Friday, hospital officials reported, as US President Donald Trump concluded his Middle East visit without visiting Israel or advancing ceasefire prospects.

The strikes targeted Deir al-Balah’s outskirts, Khan Younis, Jabaliya refugee camp, and Beit Lahiya, with 48 bodies received at Indonesian Hospital and 16 at Nasser Hospital, per health officials.

The attacks, lasting hours, forced residents to flee, following days of bombardments that claimed over 130 lives, Gaza’s health ministry said.

Trump’s trip, covering Gulf states but bypassing Israel, dashed hopes for a ceasefire or renewed humanitarian aid amid Israel’s three-month blockade of Gaza.

The Israeli military offered no immediate comment on the strikes, which align with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s pledge to escalate operations against Hamas, the territory’s governing group. Netanyahu aims to dismantle the militant organization, intensifying the conflict that has devastated Gaza.

The strikes come amid heightened regional tensions, with no diplomatic breakthroughs emerging from Trump’s visit. Gaza’s health infrastructure struggles to cope, and the blockade exacerbates a humanitarian crisis.

The international community watches closely as the conflict shows no signs of abating, with civilian casualties mounting and ceasefire talks stalled.
