#BREAKING: Pakistan Shuts Airspace for All Traffic

Reports have just come in that Pakistan issued a NOTAM, shutting airspace for ALL TYPE OF TRAFFIC from 09-10 May 2025. 

The NOTAM (A0329/25) - Picture below - confirms that Pakistan has closed its airspace for all types of traffic.

The closure affects the airspace defined by coordinates (2945N06905E to 9999), covering the Lahore FIR (OPLR, OPKR). It is effective from May 9, 2025, at 22:15 UTC (258592215) to May 10, 2025, at 07:00 EST (2595100700EST).

This has come in response to heavy firing on both sides tonight, and India's retaliatory strike at 3 key airbases for Pakistan - Nur Khan in Rawalpindi, Rafiqi in Shorkot, and Murid in Chakwal.
