Police Probe Nida Khan in TCS Nashik Case Over Conversion Allegations
Police investigate Nida Khan in TCS Nashik workplace FIR case.
Authorities investigating alleged harassment, mental torture, and religious coercion at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Nashik facility have intensified their probe into the role of employee Nida Khan, who has been named in one of nine First Information Reports (FIRs) registered in the case. Officials said her involvement is being examined as part of allegations that also include claims of forcible religious conversion.
According to police sources, Khan is currently being traced after she failed to secure interim protection from arrest from the court. Investigators have indicated that multiple FIRs filed in the matter point to overlapping allegations involving workplace harassment, coercion, and related misconduct, which are now being independently verified through statements and digital evidence.
Officials further clarified that Khan’s specific role in the alleged conversion aspect is under active examination. While serious allegations have been made in the FIRs, investigators have not yet confirmed the extent of her involvement and are still collecting evidence to establish whether there was any organised attempt linked to religious coercion within the workplace environment.

Separately, clarifying her position within the company, it has been stated that Nida Khan was working as a process associate at TCS’s Nashik unit. The company has also reportedly clarified that she did not hold any managerial or human resources responsibilities, countering earlier claims that described her as an HR manager involved in administrative decision-making.
The case continues to be under investigation, with police examining statements from multiple employees and reviewing documentation related to workplace conduct. Authorities have maintained that all allegations will be assessed based on evidence, and further legal action will depend on the findings of the ongoing inquiry.
