'Every Perpetrator of Red Fort Car Bombing Will Be Punished’ , PM Modi Vows Retribution
PM promises ruthless justice for Delhi blast culprits.
Standing on the sacred soil of Bhutan at Thimphu’s historic Changlimithang Stadium, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday delivered a thunderous and emotionally charged assurance to the nation, vowing that every single individual involved in the barbaric car bomb attack near Delhi’s Red Fort that claimed 13 innocent lives will be tracked down, exposed, and punished with the full might of the Indian state.
In a rare public disclosure, the Prime Minister revealed that he had spent the entire previous night — until the early hours of Tuesday — in back-to-back high-level meetings with India’s top intelligence chiefs, National Security Advisor, Home Minister, and heads of investigative agencies, personally overseeing every detail of the rapidly unfolding probe into Monday evening’s devastating explosion.
“The horrifying blast in the heart of Delhi has not just taken 13 precious lives — it has wounded the soul of 140 crore Indians. I can feel the pain of every grieving family. Today, the entire country stands united with them in their sorrow and anger,” Modi said, his voice trembling with both empathy and resolve before thousands of Bhutanese citizens and dignitaries gathered to celebrate the 70th birth anniversary of His Majesty the fourth Dragon King Jigme Singye Wangchuck.

Raising his pitch, the Prime Minister issued an unmistakable warning that reverberated far beyond the Himalayan kingdom: “I want to tell the conspirators hiding in the shadows — our agencies are on your trail. We will dig to the very bottom of this conspiracy. No one — not a single person involved — will be spared. Every culprit will be brought to justice before the people of India.”
As Modi spoke, forensic experts, National Investigation Agency teams, and bomb squads continued round-the-clock operations at the blast site near the iconic Red Fort metro station, where the high-intensity explosive device planted in a moving car had turned a busy traffic intersection into a scene of unimaginable carnage just 24 hours earlier. With the Prime Minister’s categorical directive ringing in their ears, India’s security establishment has now been put on war footing to deliver swift and merciless accountability.
